Our Director
Luke has had over 30 years of experience within the Victorian construction industry from trade to commercial business owner to design consultant. He is a licensed plumber, drainer and gas fitter and has worked for over 20 years in project management and design development.
Lukes knowledge, professionalism, planning and communication have allowed him to build a strong network of connections and he prides himself on his ability to provide clients and staff with a valued and dependable level of experience and ability.
Over his career Luke has maintained strong alliances within the housing and commercial construction industry. He is driven to provide quality results via clear communication, in depth assessment and quality design management.

Luke created PCS because he believed there was a need in the construction industry for a company that provides a first-class service with innovative and smart design solutions for every project. The company is founded on the premise that all projects need a competitive edge.
